With a stainless steel burner rated at 65,000 BTUs, family and friends can relax outdoors even during chilly nights. The burner is hidden from view, with the lava rock making the flames more appealing. The Beverly is available for natural gas and propane. For propane configurations, there is a hidden compartment on the side of the base that allows you to store a 20 lb propane tank cylinder (sold separately) inside, saving space. You can choose between a standard match lit or electronic ignition system upgrade to suit your design and safety needs.

Please Note: Due to the product's handmade nature, colors and textures may vary. In addition, fire pits made of copper will patina and change into a blue/green color over time. Fire pits made of corten steel will turn rust brown over time and can leave markings on clothes or patios.

Architecture Mates warranties fire pits against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct function as follows:
- Stainless Steel and Brass Burner Tubes/Rings = Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Electronics, Gas Valves, & Pilot Assembly: 1 year
- Stainless Steel Pan & Valve Box: Commercial – 1 year; Residential – 3 years
- This commences from the date of original sale / shipment from The Outdoor Plus
- This warranty is for the parts and in-house (TOP) labor. The defective product must be sent back to TOP with a Return
- Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by TOP for that specific product and any other additional information for the nature of the defect or warrant claim
- The warranty does not cover items that have been damaged by overheating, modification, abuse, or improper storage.
- Any labor involving installation or maintenance with the unit is not covered
- This warranty excludes claims for consequential, indirect-collateral expenses arising from the products defects or warranty recovery
- This warranty is only applied to original purchases
