Architecure Mates offers one year warranty for all Huum products. This warranty covers faults in manufacture and material only.
Warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, defects caused by inproper installation, poor maintenance or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation, use and care or alterations made to the product.
Addition to heaters: This guarantee is void if heater is used impropeply. Pool or spa water should not poured over the Sauna stones and sauna room should must be heated at least 30 minutes before pouring the water. Guarantee willl be void if installation is not carried out by a certified electrician or authorized and qualified service representative.
